Through our SMS program we collect only what is needed to communicate with you: your mobile phone number and the content of messages you exchange with us. We do not collect location data, contacts, or other personal information through this program.
We use your phone number and messages only to send and receive household-related communications you have asked for or consented to — for example scheduling, pickups, logistics, and reminders. We do not use this information for advertising or profiling.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help operate our messaging (such as our telecommunications provider) strictly to deliver these messages. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is never shared with any third parties. We do not sell your information.
You receive messages only after you have directly and knowingly opted in. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.
We keep message records only as long as needed for household coordination and then delete them. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact below.
This messaging program is intended for adults (family members and household staff). It is not directed at children for data-collection purposes.
